What I do know for sure though is that I'd love a food dehydrator. <br /><br />I've had a food dehydrator on my wish list for five years so that I can preserve some home grown goodies. The Birthday fairies and the Christmas angels didn't visit me last year, so its still on the wish list. I guess a large lick of the tongue might sweep them up, but as that isn't too elegant, it occurred to me that you might try to grate it directly into a small plastic bag, although I know plastic is not one of your favourite things.
